Terms of Use

Effective July 11, 2026
The plain version: this site exists to inform and support you, not to treat you. Nothing here is medical advice. Use what you learn to have better conversations with your own provider — that's the whole point.

What this site is, and isn't

Passport to More is education and community: information about perimenopause, tools for advocating for yourself, and one woman's real experience, shared from inside it. It is not a medical practice, and using this site does not create a provider–patient relationship with anyone.

Because we have to — this is not medical advice and always consult your provider before making changes to your healthcare routine.

About accuracy

We work hard to get things right: factual claims are sourced to research or named medical bodies, and we correct what changes. But medicine evolves, every body is different, and nothing here can account for your personal health situation. Decisions about your health belong with you and your provider, and we can't accept responsibility for actions taken based on general information from this site.

The free resources

The Doctor Visit Kit, the weekly letter, and everything else here is for your personal use. Share it with a friend who needs it — truly, please do. Just don't republish it, sell it, or present it as your own work without asking first.

Email

Requesting the kit signs you up for it plus the weekly letter. Unsubscribe anytime; the link is in every email. Our privacy policy covers how your email address is handled.

Links to other places

We link out — to research, to Instagram, to resources we cite. Those sites have their own rules and their own content, and we're not responsible for either.

The site itself

The site is provided as-is. We aim for it to be accurate and available, and we can't guarantee it will always be either. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Questions: Kristin@passporttomore.com.
